in 2001 mike rilling, curtis 'betty' bullivant, and myself flew to mcallen texas where we were picked up by our friend hector 'fez' muraira, who was a mexican exchange student at our high school in balcarres the year before. hector and his parents drove us from mcallen to monterrey mexico where we spent about two weeks staying with his family and partying with him and his friends. for those of you that have been to mexico, it is more than likely you went to a coastal resort or something similiar. monterrey is a large city with a metro population of 3 837 910. during our stay there we went to several night clubs and bars and attended a few mexican house parties. the drinking age is only a suggestion, and it seemed so were traffic laws. since our return we have obviously stayed in contact with hector, but we have also remained in contact with a few of hector's friends. primarily Calvin, Memo, and Chuy, im sorry i don't know your last name guys. anyways those three have a website and have been kind enough to link to Breakfast Meat.
