Floyd Landis, the winner of this years Tour de France, involved in doping scandal

Floyd Landis, the American who won this years tour de france has tested positive for elevated levels of testosterone. Apparently elevated levels are different than testing positive, and it can be a farely common problem for pro cyclists.
