Virgin Galactics first two passenger space craft to be named after Star Trek vessels

Sir Richard Bransons Virgin Galactic is to name its first two passenger space craft VSS Enterprise and VSS Voyager (VSS standing for Virgin Space Ship). Virgin Galactic plans to fly around 500 passenger per year at a cost of $200,000 per person and would reach altitudes up to 100km with a total weightless time of 7 minutes. Virgin has also already announced the first three pilots to fly the new space ships.
