X-Men 3

i went and saw xmen 3 in moose jaw tonight with mike on my way home from swift current. i was expecting it to be good, but it went above and beyond all my expectations. special effects were great, story line great, even continuity with the comic book seemed pretty good but to be honest i haven't followed comics for a couple years so i could be wrong on that matter. i haven't been to a movie at a theatre for a very long time and this was definately the right one to break the fast with. this summer definately has potential for summer blockbusters, among the ones that will kick ass that haven't been released yet include superman returns, and ghostrider. some of the bombs that will be shortly forgotten include my super ex girlfriend, and the devil wears prada or something like that. both look incredibly stupid.
anyone knowing of anyone looking for a place to rent in saskatoon let me know, i have vacancies available at my house.

uneventful day

well im off to speedy creek for an interview tomorrow. i convinced my dad to meet me in moose jaw and come along for the rest of the ride to keep me company. hopefully i will get my interview done in good time so i can go see x-men 3 in moose jaw on my way back to coronach.

today i went to casino regina for dinner and played some slot machines for a couple minutes, i then went to the cornwall center where i bought some jeans and a shirt at the gap. WOW, there were a couple super hot chicks working behind the counter at the cash register. the one chick was black, had deadly brown eyes, perfect tits(not too big, not too small), and a perfect ass, and was incredibly skinny. the other chick was white had brownish red hair, seemed to have a good body but was dressed in clothes less form fitting than her coworker and that is about all i can really describe, other than she looked like a good girl librarian type maybe, she was super hot too but was one of those chicks you're not really sure what attracts you to her. anyways i went there to buy one shirt and sure as shit got roped into blue jeans too. i ran into mcleans ex chantel going down the escalator with a woman i assume was her mom, while i was going up the escalator. i said hi to her and she said hi back but im not sure if she recognized me or not. i left the keys to my car that i keep in regina at my house in coronach so i was dropped off downtown by a coworker on his way home from work. after i was done my shopping i contemplated calling a cab to get back to work but decided to walk instead. its not a terribly far walk from the cornwall to the bus garage but i haven't walked a distance that far in a little while, thank god i put some doctor scholls insoles in my work shoes last week or i might have been in a little pain. work was pretty quiet tonight, i had six passengers from regina to moose jaw, then only two from moose jaw to mossbank and then i was alone for the rest of the night. i also didn't have much freight so i ended up getting into coronach a couple minutes earlier than usual. all in all it was very uneventful day.

Saskbloggers Meeting

Stephen Glauser and Saskboy have been discussing the possibility of us Saskatchewan Bloggers getting together this summer. We’ve come up with a basic itinerary that is pretty much open to discussion:

July 22, 2006 Saturday - Regina
We would start out at about 1pm with a barbecue in Wascana Park. Kids, and Everyone of course, will be welcome. After the barbecue we could head to the Rider game (if enough people express interest, Stephen might be able to line up some discounted tickets). After that we could all head out for supper, or do another BBQ and then head out to a pub for some drinks.

The option of a Saskatoon meet has also been discussed, but we would like to have one big meet as opposed to two large ones, but we’ll see what everyone has to say. Saskatoon dates that have been discussed include June 17 and August 19.

If most people would prefer a Saskatoon meet on July 22nd, we could possibly change it up.

Email Saskboy or Stephen, or post a comment here to provide input or say you’re coming.

Conspiracy at the Abernethy Nature Heritage Museum---forgotten food---100th Post

this is the one hundredth post on the breakfast meat blog. whoopty doo. nothing seems to be grabbing my attention in the news these days and nothing exciting has happened to me lately, not that i can talk about on here anyways because people i know read this.

for some reason today i got to thinking, what the hell ever happened to beep, vico, and cuban lunch. beep was one of my favourite drinks growing up, for some reason it blew my mind when i was little that juice could come in a milk carton, it boggled my mind. vico is obviously still around just as chocolate milk, but what was with that name, was it french for something or what? and the cuban lunch, my grandpa always ate these and always had a stash of them in the butter tray of his old fridge in the back porch. i had completely forgot about them until this past winter my roomate jeff brought home some home made versions his girlfriend had made. they tasted almost identical to the real thing. if anyone knows if you can still buy any of these brands anywhere please let me know, i don't know if they were uniquely saskatchewan or not, but im pretty sure they were uniquely canadian.

on may long weekend i was visiting the abernethy nature heritage museum in abernethy. if anyone is familiar with abernethy, or this little museum, you have more than likely heard of jonathon the talking goose. the museum was originally started by ralph stueck who kept a collection of antiques, and stuffed wildlife. ralph is also responsible for the large numbers of canadian geese that now deface wascana lake and park, and for introducing the beaver to the qu'appelle valley and its network of coulees and the subsequent destruction of trees the beaver brought with it. but back to jonathon the talking goose, jonathon was apparently a tamed canadian goose that returned every spring to abernethy. obviously jonathon couldn't talk and im not sure why he was called a talking goose but he is kind of an abernethy legend. the stuffed corpse of jonathon has been on display in the abernethy museum ever since the museum was first opened. i was shocked to learn from the museums current guide that the stuffed goose being displayed as jonathon is in fact not the goose of legend, but a fraud. join with me in condemning this blatant forgery by calling ashley bazin at the abernethy nature heritage museum at (306)-333-2202 and making your displeasure known.

MorningWood Video--the Nth degree

i know i have said before that i love the band morningwood, but ill say it again and here is their video of their song the nth degree, enjoy.

grow a new penis if you don't like your old one !!!

scientists last week revealed that they were succesfully able to replace dead, defective, or damaged penises with ones grown in a labratory on rabbits. the penises were grown on rabbits, then the rabbits original penises were lopped off and the new ones surgically attached. these new penises have nerves, and blood vessels and the rabbits were able to get and maintain erections, and even impregnate female rabbits who then gave birth to healthy baby rabbits. the ultimate goal of this research is to replace disfigured penises on men and boys. i could see this going farther than that, could you imagine if the size and shape of penises grown for human beings could be altered before they were finished growing. every guy out there would have porn star cocks, the wives and girlfriends of these men would either be very happy or very sore. soon the days of the question 'does size matter' will be gone, and replaced with 'what size matters'

great fake movie trailers

these are a couple great fake movie trailers, thanks to maturia.net for making me aware of them.

just making sure everything still works

pay no attention to this post, im still just trying to work out the kinks in this stupid thing. i made a change and just making sure everthing still works, if you can see this on the saskblogs aggregator it does work, if you can't it doesn't work, and i have typed this entire message for nothing.

fixed election dates a good idea

i have always said that fixed election dates and no single leader being allowed to serve more than two of those fixed terms as prime minister would be a great idea. look at the states, for all of their past and present leaders faults the american people at least know that while a political party could last in power for years and years, there is no way someone can serve as president more than eight years. it gives the government a chance to start new and at least attempt to fix mistakes made by a previous administration. if we would have had fixed election dates, and a limit to the terms someone can hold as prime minister the costs of the sponsorship scandal and federal gun registry might not have spiraled out of control because while the liberals in all likely hood would have stayed in power, a new P.M. and administration would have been sworn in and for we know exposed the sky rocketing expenditures far sooner than they actually were. the only thing that i have trouble understanding is if harper does bring in fixed election dates what will happen if the governing party loses a vote of no confidence in the house of commons, will there still be snap elections or not. along with fixed election dates there also needs to be changes to parliamentary procedure to make things run more smoothly.

Test and Question

this post is more of a test than anything to make sure everything is working properly after i transfered this blog from blogger hosting to the breakfast meat web site. i have one question that needs to be answered though, my atom syndication feed doesn't seem to be working, does anyone know how to resolve this?

Breakfast Meat Blog Change

i have changed the url of my blog to http://www.breakfastmeat.com/blog so if anyone has actually bookmarked my blog please feel free to change your bookmarks.

proper use of the english language and offending minorities

i have a filthy mouth, i am constantly swearing and cursing and constantly being told to watch my mouth by others. this is the 21st century, we should no longer have to worry about offending someone from the words that come out of our mouths. as well as swear, and curse words i have noticed lately that people can no longer take a joke. whether it is from making a joke about someone being gay, or an inappropriate racial slur people seem to be on edge lately and taking things too seriously. i have heard all sorts of ukranian jokes in my time and although im not ukranian many of my friends are and know how to poke fun at them selves and their culture, but watch out if someone tells a native joke. aren't natives secure enough to laugh at jokes about themselves that are usually based on racial stereotypes and have little basis in fact. i certainly know that most ukranians are secure enough. it is a sad state of affairs when people have to constantly watch what comes out of their mouths for fear of offending someone of a different culture and. so in honour of not having to watch our mouths any longer FUCK YOU and enjoy this animation.

bad year for T.V.

this season of television has to be one of the worst of all time for fans because of all the final episdodes of some very good programs. the sopranos, the west wing, that 70s show, and will and grace were all great shows and i am sad to see them go. the sopranos was one of my all time favourtite show, it was one of few programs that my parents and i watched together loyally for its entire run while i lived at home. the sopranos in my opinion could have gone on and on for many more years and shouldn't be ending. i only got into the west last fall while i was at home helping my dad for a few weeks during harvest. i had never watched a complete episode before but my dad had bought the first four seasons on dvd and i began watching them one night after i had gotten in late from hauling grain and instantly became hooked. i have now watched all the episodes from the first to the sixth seasons on dvd and its drawing power never wained. i haven't seen any episodes from the seventh season yet but have heard some bad comments. i suppose following the administration of an american president for two consecutive terms means the only natural course is to cancel the show after the seventh or eighth season but it would have been interesting to see a spin off, not centered around the white house but perhaps one of the characters that won't go on with president santos administration. that 70s show is another i always watched loyally with my parents while they always assured me that they never got high and that the show exagerated the seventies. somehow i never beleived them because they always had some story that was relative to something that went on in the show. that 70s show lost its appeal however when eric, and kelso left the cast. i watched a couple of shows at the beginning of this season but soon lost interest because it seemed to get too corny. i do however plan to watch the season finale which i heard was kind of good, and because kelso, and eric make guest appearances. will and grace wasn't a show i watched with any regularity but when i did see it i liked it a lot, but whenever it was on i was hanging around someone that wouldn't watch it because it centered around gay people. one show i will not miss is joey, i watched it quite a bit the first season simply out of loyalty for friends which joey was a spin off of. i can't even think of any shows that i am looking forward to next year, the big love is good but i have heard it is only a twelve part mini series and wasn't intended for more than those twelve shows. oh i forgot about battlestar galactica, i will be watching that.

may long weekend was a blast.

heres a summary of my weekend. wednesday night i left coronach for abernethy at 9:30 p.m. and arrived in abernethy around 2:00 a.m. because i got lost after taking a wrong turn onto a back road somewhere north of willowbunch. thursday i took my parents and grandparents empty bottles to the sarcan in fort qu'appelle, thursday night colin ward and i went drinking in abernethy, and lemberg. friday i helped my dad on the farm before we went to my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. bucka showed up at the anniversary near the end, we went to raab's house and had a drink with keith, catherine, georgette, and her boyfriend before picking up colin and his new 'friend'. we then went to the bar at katepwa where we were joined by lance, cory, finnegan, matthew and some others that i can't remember. we then went to matty's cabin then to lances at balcarres, i had no ride home and am allergic to cats so in my infinite drunken wisdom decided to hitch hike to my parents, needless to say i ended up calling my parents to come get me. saturday afternoon, bucka, lance, and i dropped in on skitter for a couple beer, but ended up staying til after 10:00p.m. that night. we then went to the bar again, skitter got banned for a year because he accidentally punched one of the bar tenders in the face. sunday lance, bucka, hitchens, rebecca, brooke and i went on tour in lances van. we ended up getting stuck up near peepeekisis. whoooooo....
i know that is kind of a long summary but there was a lot more i didn't mention either because of the legal ramifications of admitting them or the fuzziness of my memory.

Auditor Generals Report

i just saw this on CTV newsnet, and although i don't have all the details i couldn't resist writing about it. the auditor general released a report today which is receiving a lot of attention because of the firearms registry. the part i found the most interesting is this, since 2002 over 20,000 applications have been processed for the canadian forces, of those applicants only 700 new recruits have been hired. im sure a lot of those prospective recruits were rejected for legitimate reasons but the canadian forces could definately use the extra man power, especially now when the left is calling for canadian troops to be pulled out of afganistan and placed in the sudan while the conservatives want to remain in afganistan and say we cannot commit to both. maybe if we had an extra 20,000 troops on hand we could do both. 20,000 troops may not seem like a lot but in canada it is. for example when you hear in the media of 'rangers' patrolling the canadian arctic frontier, they are referring to a handful of inuit, riding snowmobiles and dogsleds. as far as i know these rangers are more like fur traders guiding early european pioneers than the men and women we should be depending on to protect our soveigenty. i don't understand the oppostion the americans have to their government placing the national guard along the mexican border, i hope to hell they do the same to the border we share with the states, our border patrol agents don't even carry sidearms. although i haven't travelled abroad lately i did a lot in previous years and would be willing to put up with more inconvenience to make our borders more secure and if our own government won't do it i hope the americans do. some of you are thinking right now, 'what a right wing, american loving, nut job', to you i say fuck you, and i don't use that language lightly on here. i do love the USA, god bless america. i also love canada, and the monarchy, god save the queen, and oh canada and what not. in my rant i kind of forgot where i was going with this. but anyway, if you ever meet me don't bash canada, or the US for that matter or you're going to bet bloodied up.

Katepwa Bar on Saturday !!!!!!!!!

alrighty tighties, this coming saturday the 20th of may, yours truly and everyone else i can think of that will be around balcarres and abernethy will be participating in drinking copius amounts of alcohol in katepwa bar. so tell your friends and get your ass to the lake and get tight.

Abernethy Bound---MayDay

the stereo in my car hasn't worked for a few months now so today i reinstalled my cars factory deck. everything seems to work fine now, except the factory deck is only a tape deck so i will have to rely on my xm radio. i also discovered a very simple way to plug my laptop into my car stereo, so i guess i could listen to music in my car through my laptop, but i don't have a power cord for it that plugs into a cigarette lighter. on wednesday night after i get in from work i am heading right back to regina then to abernethy for the long weekend. friday night is my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary so ill be attending that for awhile. i like to get a rise out of my grandparents, so i was considering shaving a mohawk to get them worked up, but i haven't decided yet. if anyone knows what is going on this long weekend at balcarres, katepwa, regina, yorkton or anywhere in between let me know, because i feel the urge to go on a tear.

medicinal marijuana for pets

ever wonder if your dog felt the need to hit the bong ? neither have i, but apparently someone has. there is a new over the counter medicine that contains cannabis which is supposed to help cardiac health, arthritis, liver and kidney functions in dogs. this new drug is safe for animal consumption because there are only between 2 to 3 parts per million of the compound THC, which is below the safe level of 10 parts per million according to health canada.

Polar Bear/Grizzly Hybrid discovered in Northwest Territories.

a grizzly bear, polar bear hybrid was shot 2000 kilometers north of edmonton on banks island near nelson head in the north west territories. the animal is likely the result of a desperate grizzly male that had to lower his standards and mate with a polar bear female because he couldn't find a member of his own species to mate with. scientists beleive that this is more than likely not an isolated incident, as global warming continues and grizzly bears are moving farther north they are sharing territories with polar bears more frequently. animal hybridization in the wild is a common occurance. red wolves which are recognized as a distinct species are more than likely the descendants of coyotes and wolves. several hybrids of two different species are sterile because of the genetic differences of their parents, but because polar bears and grizzlies are so closely related it is more than likely that any hybrids would be fertile and able to reproduce.

Iran hiding weapons grade uranium ?

united nations diplomats have found enriched uranium at iranian defense ministry instalations. the uranium is dense enough to be close to or beyond weapons grade quality. iran has constantly insisted that they're nuclear program is for peaceful energy production and not a weapons program. in my opinion (and i know that no one cares about my opionion on this kind of thing, right carissa) iran has been caught with their pants down.

Knee in my package--make slut a good word

more than likely everyone has seen those annoying hand in my pockets commercials. this is a pretty good parody called knee in my package, and i think that is rick mercer playing the unlucky fellow getting kneed in the junk. on a side note i met rick mercer while he was travelling with former prime minister martin during the last election campaign. i was one of three bus drivers that transported the prime minister, and the media around the saskatoon area. mercer was a pretty funny guy even on the bus, he kept on asking if turkeys drowned in the rain, and someone actually called a guy at the U of S to find out. apparently turkeys can drown in the rain.

Great parody of the hand in my pocket commercial

most women i know love sex, and are hornier than most men i know. the only problem is that when women like sex too much they get the label of 'slut', and in the mind of a woman that is a bad thing. that needs to change. as men we can make it more acceptable for women to be sluts. all men are sluts, were sluts, or wanted to be sluts at one point in their life. im not advocating that women or men cheat on their significant others if they have one. all im saying is that while they are single they should be sleeping with as many partners as possible, if for no other reason than to be better at sex. im sure that most, if not all men agree with me on this. it is those women who judge other women who's minds need to be changed. from this point on 'slut' is a good word. if this works it won't be long until being a slut will be considered a good thing by women and we'll all be bustin more nuts than a squirrel on a 3 day meth bender. this chick has the right idea, she is going to have sex with 1000 guys in five years, hopefully she uses protection.

Happy Anniversary

on friday may 19th my grandparents bert and norma garrat will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. also celebrating a wedding anniversary on sunday may 21st is danny and renee ismond who have been married for one year. call GX94 in yorkton while danny is on the air to wish the ismonds a happy anniversary.

today i was paid a surprise visit by one of my oldest friends from back in the good old days of abernethy, and later balcarres. i was sitting on my couch watching t.v. when someone began pounding on my door. this was a little peculiar since i don't know anyone well enough down here yet for them to dropping in unexpectedly. i went to the door and was greeted by jarred hitchens who like i said is one of my oldest friends. you can go for years without seeing this guy then out of the blue one day he'll show up on your back porch with a case of chicken breasts.

oops she did it again !!!

during the taping of tonights late show with david letterman, britney spears admitted that she is pregnant again. this will be spears second child, and her husband kevin federlines fourth. child welfare officials have visited spears home twice since the birth of her first child, once because she had her son riding on her lap in her SUV, and once because a nanny dropped him from his high chair. someone should castrate k-fed to prevent him from reproducing any more, in my opinion he is a complete waste of skin, but i guess i have to give him some credit for bedding britney.

Skull and Bones steal Geronimo's head

I saw a report on CTV news net this afternoon that said members of the secret society Skull and Bones stole the head of Apache military leader Geronimo. Apparently, Prescott Bush (George W. Bush's grandfather) and other members of the skull and bones stole the skull from Fort Still Oklahoma where they were stationed during world war one and where Geronimo was laid to rest in 1909. Prescott wasn't the only member of the Bush family to be in the ranks of the Skull and Bones, both his son George H.W. Bush, and grandson George W. Bush. Jonathan Bush (brother of George H.W. Bush) met with Apache tribal leader Ned Anderson to return the skull. Anderson refused to accept the skull because it appeared to be the skull of a small child. While searching this article on Google I found that Senator John Kerry and several other prominent politicians in Washington are members of the Skull and Bones. I also found an article that says that Skull and Bones is also believed to have the skull of Pancho Villa.

hail storm

well today was another exciting chapter in the life of me. i forgot to make a lunch for myself last night so once i got to regina i decided to get mcdonalds take out. i went to my cousins and ate my glorious dinner and watched star trek the next generation.
yesterday at work i heard one of the guys saying that a fellow co worker burnt his house down while doing some plumbing, i assumed they were joking around because i couldn't understand how you could start a fire while plumbing. apparently his house was damaged in a fire, whether or not plumbing had anything to do with i don't know, but i heard the damage was around one hundred thousand dollars.
on my way home tonight i came across a stretch of highway south of assiniboia that was covered in hail and caused the bus to slip around. the fields to the left of the highway were blanketed in hail as well. the picture above isn't the best because i took it with my cell phone.

bus driver beaten----polygamist added to most wanted list

a bus driver was beaten until he became unconscious in a dispute over fifty cents in the vancouver suburb of coquitlam. two teenagers pulled the driver from his seat then punched, kicked, and even bit him until he fell unconscious. the two teens did this after the driver asked a third teen to get off the bus because he was fifty cents short on his fare. the police are still looking for those responsible in the attack. the bus company that that the driver works for is now planning to put cameras on all their buses, but the union representing the company's employees say cameras are only a part of the solution. as a bus driver myself i am aware of the dangers that exist to drivers and passengers alike. only a few weeks ago a man was arrested in the regina STC terminal after a greyhound driver smelled pot on him. a search revealed a large amount of marijuana and a nine millimeter pellet hand gun. i can hear some of you saying "a pellet gun, woopty doo." but even a pellet gun could cause serious injury to a person at close range, and the truth is that drivers have no idea what else people might be carrying on their bus. i have heard several other scary stories involving drivers and passengers being threatened by people travelling on the bus, thankfully nothing has happened to me (knock on wood).

on the brink

here is a great article comparing the current tensions between iran and the west with nazi germany prior to the invasion of poland, when hitler stated that if there was another war "the result will be ... the annihilation of the Jewish race in Europe.". ring any bells ? the general in charge of iran's revolutionary guard has said that "We have announced that wherever (In Iran) America does make any mischief, the first place we target will be Israel." the current president of iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has also declared that israel should be wiped off the map and destroyed.
i got the link to this article from uncle meat.

Prince Albert Northern bus crashes near Borden

a PA northern bus crashed on its way to edmonton from saskatoon today. the driver tried to call in sick this morning but the company denied his request. just outside borden the driver began having an epileptic seizure and crashed into the guard rail of the borden bridge which crosses the north saskatchewan river. all the passengers on board, which were mostly children had to exit the bus through the windows emergency exits. the bus also sprung a leak from its diesel tank and some how some of the passengers were exposed to battery acid which disentegrated their clothes. im not sure what time this happened, as it hasn't even been posted on any news source yet. stephen glauser has confirmed this story from a friend of his that was on the bus when it crashed and from a source of his at the CBC news room. if anyone has any more information you can forward it to stephen glauser or to myself. i am particulary interested in this because i work for STC, and know a couple drivers from PA northern.

UPDATE

CTV.CA has an article about this on their website. CTV has less information that stephen glauser has though.
Canada.com has another link with info on the crash.

iran, iraq, and brazil

iranian forces have bombed PKK (Kurdistan Worker's Party) positions in iraq in an effort to gain the support of turkey, with which the PKK has been fighting for independance in the largley kurdish majority region of south eastern turkey. iran wants the support of turkey against the united states and other western countries over iran's growing nuclear program. the PKK has threatened to retaliate against iran with hit and run attacks using kalashnikovs, rocket propelled grenades, machine guns, and mortars because they can't afford to face the islamic republic in open battle. kurdish authorities in the iraqi government have warned the PKK against launching attacks on iranian and turkish forces from iraqi soil.

____________________________________________________

the latest scandal to plague the british armed forces in iraq involve the alleged drowning of a 15 year old iraqi boy. british troops arrested three thiefs trying to steal from a garage. according to the surviving thief, after they were arrested the soldiers stopped their vehicle, made their prisoners get out and untied their hands. they then told the iraqi men to take a swim in the shatt al-basra canal, one of the men could not swim and was soon overcome by the strong current, in a last effort he raised his arms above his head before disappearing below the surface. while this alleged incident was taking place the british soldiers were also apparently throwing bricks at all the men in the water. one of the british soldiers appeared to have wanted to help the drowning man, but when he began taking off his clothes to jump in the water to save the man, the other soldiers stopped him and pushed him towards their vehicle. the four soldiers involved are on trial at a court martial in colchester essex.

brazil has the joined the group of countries with the capability to enrich uranium as a source of energy after lengthy negotiations with the IAEA (international atomic energy association). prior to this brazil had to ship its uranium ore abroad for enrichment, brazil also has some of the largest reserves of uranium in the world. negotiations were tense with the IAEA because of the simultaneous pressure being put on iran to cooperate with the international community in regards to its nuclear program. in the end safeguards were set up to ensure that brazils facilities would not be used for a weapons program.

spino cerebellar ataxia

my mother and grandmother came to visit me today. they helped me clean my house and brought be some supplies i needed and was too lazy to get for myself, including a shower curtain, couch covers, bath mats, and a swiffer. don't get me wrong, im grateful for what they did but when i am around them i guarantee that my blood pressure goes through the roof.

my mother was diagnosed about sixteen years ago with spino cerebellar ataxia. this is a disease which affects the musculature and nervous system of the body and in my moms case, causes her to have extremely bad balance and coordination. some symptoms are not unlike multiple schlerosis and parkinsons disease. until tonight i have never been interested in this disease with which my mom has suffered for most of the time that i have been alive. from what i understand, there are about fifteen different types of this disease and they have a lot of common symptoms, which makes it difficult to diagnose between them. there are also no known cures or effective treatments. if anyone has any information regarding any experimental treatments to alleviate the symptoms, please let me know.

dog and cat shot with arrow.

on april 29th a cat from white city was discovered with arrow wounds to its head and neck. on may 1st a dog from pilot butte was found that had also been shot with an arrow. both animals were alive when they were found but could not be saved to the severity of their wounds. the regina humane society is asking that anyone with information regarding the assaults on these animals to contact animal protection services at 306-777-7700. anyone who has information and actually wants to see something done, send me the name and info of those involved and i'll publicly humiliate them on this site. i might even pay them a personal visit if you know what i mean.

although the objective for this site has already been accomplished, its still worth a read. great idea !!!

Stop Police Brutality ? WTF

today as i was driving down saskatchewan drive past the police station, i noticed a man standing in the rain with a large cardboard sign that said 'stop police brutality, speak up'. obviously this guy thought he was a victim of the police in some way, otherwise he probably wouldn't be standing in the cold and rain displaying a cardboard sign. if he was brutalized by the police, i don't think waving a cardboard sign in the rain was the right way to go about getting justice. and besides doesn't this dude have a job, it was wednesday afternoon for christ sake. whatever, he won't get any sympathy from me. if anyone does know the circumstances involving this guys claim of police brutality, let me know.
