Prime Minister Harper Stands Up For Homosexuals... Really ?
At the recent Commonwealth of Nations summit in Trinidad and Tobago, Canadian Prime Minister pulled aside Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to deplore a bill that would make homosexuality illegal in Uganda.
Harper told reporters "We find them inconsistent with, frankly, I think any reasonable understanding of human rights, and I was very clear on that with the president of Uganda."

Under the new law, anyone convicted of having homosexual sex would at the minimum be sentenced to life in prison, and very likely be executed.
