Managed by Donna Wilkes, the Abernethy Co-op is located on the south end of Main Steet. It provides groceries, produce, gas, diesel, oil, and hardware to the community of Abernethy.

The Co-op Cafe is located across the street from the store, in addition to coffee, and food service, the cafe is the S.T.C. bus depot for the village.

Located along hi way 22 directly across from Abernethy, Tri Way is operated by Ron Bonish, providing fertilizer, and pesticides, as well as custom chemical application with their floaters, and high clearance sprayers.
